Refund policy

Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges.  If your order is damaged, please email LavishVLashes@gmail.com requesting instructions on how to return an item. Please make sure to include your order number on the subject line for faster service. Damaged items will be refunded on a case by case basis. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
